- From Tokushima IC, take National Route 11 towards Tokushima City (30 minutes).
- From Osaka: Hanshin Expressway → Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway → Tokushima Expressway → Tokushima IC.
- From Okayama: Seto-Chuo Expressway → Takamatsu Expressway → Prefectural Route 1 → Tokushima Expressway → Tokushima IC.

※ By Bus
- From JR Tokushima Station, take a bus to the nearest stop "Daido 2-chome" (4 minutes, ¥210), then a short walk.
Routes via Daido 2-chome:
* Hokke Line [2]: via Shinmachi and Daido.
* Shibuno Line [11]: via Kataue and Tokushima Zoo to Jorokuji South (check operating days).

- From Tokushima Awaodori Airport: Limousine bus to JR Tokushima Station (25 minutes).
- From Takamatsu Airport: Limousine bus to Youme Town Takamatsu (19 minutes), transfer to highway bus for JR Tokushima Station (1 hour 15 minutes).
By car: Drive from Takamatsu Airport's nearest interchange on Takamatsu Expressway, Itano IC, towards Prefectural Route 1 for about 90 minutes.
By train: Limousine bus from airport to JR Takamatsu Station (45 minutes), transfer to Limited Express Uzushio for JR Tokushima Station (1 hour 10 minutes).
