I stayed for two nights. I was a bit worried after reading various Reviews, but...The streetcar stop is right in front, and it’s easy to get here from Okayama Station. The staff were courteous, and there were no issues with the amenities or the Room. There is a large public bath, and with dinner and breakfast plus a drink bar included, I was very satisfied with the service. I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/3/2026The front desk was a bit busy, but the staff handled it well and I was able to check in without any stress.The Room was a single, but it felt nicely compact and well organized.I used the bath in the Room, so I didn’t go to the public bath.The complimentary meal was pleasantly tasty.It’s also convenient that you can buy alcohol from vending machines.I’ve started using Universal Hotel occasionally lately, and they all feel consistently reliable and comfortable to stay at.
