Guests can enjoy hot dishes using fresh ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea in a private room with a teppan table, the first of its kind in a Hiroshima Ryokan. A rich menu including Hiroshima specialties such as oysters, okonomiyaki, and local cuisine will color your travel memories. Additionally, you can relax while enjoying the magnificent view of the Seto Inland Sea from the open-air bath with natural Onsen "Itsukushima no Yu," which is a hypotonic weak alkaline cold mineral spring. The Onsen, boasting one of the highest radon contents in the prefecture, is said to be effective for fatigue recovery and health promotion. All rooms are modern Japanese-Western style, equipped with Wi-Fi and comfortable facilities, and some rooms offer views of the great torii of Miyajima. Furthermore, you can stay with your beloved dog. The rooftop features an artificial turf dog run that is open for use. It is also ideal as a base for sightseeing, with easy access to historical spots such as the World Heritage Site Itsukushima Shrine, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and Kintaikyo Bridge. Miyajima-an Hiroshima offers a special stay experience where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, local flavors, and the healing of Onsen all at once.
We stayed here with our dog.It’s close to Miyajimaguchi, and to avoid the heat we took the ferry to Miyajima around 5:30 PM. The Itsukushima Shrine was truly impressive. Since our plan was No Meals Included, we got anago bento to-go from a nearby shop and ate it in our Room. We also appreciated the light complimentary breakfast.The Room was thoroughly cleaned, with no odors at all, and we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms—so we had a very comfortable stay!We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/20/2026The Hotel’s Room was spacious and very clean, and the Onsen was wonderful. Complimentary drinks were available, and I also enjoyed a delicious draft beer for 300 yen. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the Hotel’s services and staff. The location was perfect as well. It took just over a 10-minute walk from the Hotel to the ferry terminal for Miyajima, so we were able to take the first ferry for sightseeing—there were fewer people, which made it fantastic. After sightseeing in Miyajima early in the morning, we bought souvenirs at Momiji Manju Yamadaya Ohno Factory, then visited Kintaikyo Bridge and Iwakuni Castle.
