We stayed on Friday and Saturday. On the way to our Room, we were soothed by what was probably the scent of hinoki cypress. For dinner, we chose French cuisine. It was served as a course meal and was very delicious—we were completely full! The Onsen water temperature felt a bit hot; our 5th-grade daughter got out after a short time. Amenities such as cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and emulsion were provided in the Room in single-use sachets. We had breakfast inside the Ryokan the next morning; there was a wide variety of dishes, and it was excellent! The staff at the Ryokan kindly spoke to us each time, which made us happy. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. We would love to stay again if we have the chance!

The building had a sense of history, and there were no inconveniences except that the Room on the second floor was accessible only by stairs. We enjoyed a Japanese dinner. The ingredients were outstanding, and we were able to savor both meat and fish. Breakfast was also very delicious, and we could tell it was carefully handmade. The seasoning was just right, and we were very satisfied. The bath could be used like a private family bath, which actually made it more comfortable than a large public bath. The Room felt newly refreshed, as if it had been properly renovated—everything from the walls and ceiling to the bathroom area was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, making our stay very comfortable. We were able to continue our trip while taking into account the owner’s travel advice as well. Thank you very much.
