Notice from the Accommodation

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Isawa Onsen Hotel Heian.
Our open-air bath, which had been closed for Facility maintenance, has now reopened.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused during the closure.

At Hotel Heian, our open-air bath is supplied directly from a 43°C natural hot spring source; however, the water in the tub is kept at a comfortable lukewarm temperature of around 30°C.
This allows you to enjoy a long, relaxing soak even during the hot summer months, and is recommended for guests who would like to fully enjoy the Onsen while staying cool.

Both the indoor bath (large public bath) and the open-air bath are currently available as usual.
Please enjoy an authentic Isawa Onsen bathing experience in our spacious open-air bath.
All of our staff look forward to welcoming you.
