15 minutes by car from Kumamoto Station, the Hotel offers a stay reminiscent of a Ryokan. All rooms feature a style where shoes are removed upon entry, equipped with Serta mattresses and air purifiers with humidifying functions, providing a comfortable space. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing time in the gender-separated large baths and sauna. Meals are served in the dining area on the first floor, with options including private rooms with tables and chairs or Japanese-style seating with low tables. The Japanese and Western breakfast buffet includes Kyushu specialties such as mentaiko.
This is a well-sized Hotel with a tasteful blend of Japanese and Western styles. The space was clean and comfortable, and I slept very well.There were no items like lotion or cleansing oil at the sink in the changing area by the bath, but most guests probably bring their own, so it should be fine. If anything, I appreciated that the area around the sink was not dirty. It was also nice that I didn’t need to bring towels from my Room.The flooring in the Room was a bit tough for me because I’m sensitive to cold, but it does help keep things clean.At check-in there was a lot of information to go over, and I got a little spaced out partway through and missed responding once. After that, they explained things more concisely, and at the end they smiled and said, “Thank you for your time.” Thank you for the pleasant service.
