  • It was very good!

    What I especially appreciated was that face towels were provided in the changing area. One face towel isn’t enough after washing my hair, so it was very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious.The vegetable miso soup with lots of ingredients was particularly tasty. There were so many menu options that I couldn’t finish everything.All of the staff provided pleasant, welcoming service.

    Not only the front desk staff, but all of the other staff were pleasant and kind as well. My husband stayed here before and said the breakfast was excellent, but this time we didn’t have time, so we booked a No Meals Included plan. He also said the Onsen was very relaxing. We would definitely like to stay here again.

  • Notice of Introduction of Accommodation Tax in Nagano Prefecture from June 1, 2026

    Thank you for your continued patronage of our accommodation.
    Starting June 1, 2026, we will introduce an Accommodation Tax to support the preservation and enhancement of tourism resources in Nagano Prefecture.
    We kindly ask all guests to review the following information:

    (For stays on or after June 1, 2026)
    Accommodation Fee (per person per night without meals): ¥6,000 or more
    Accommodation Tax: ¥200 + Hot Spring Tax: ¥150 (unchanged) = Total: ¥350 per night

    * No Accommodation Tax will be charged for stays with an Accommodation Fee under ¥6,000.
    * From June 1, 2029 onwards, the Accommodation Tax will increase to ¥300.

    Please note that reservations already made and those through reservation sites where the system does not yet display the Accommodation Tax will still be subject to this tax for stays after its implementation date. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
