This was our fourth trip with our Toy Poodle, Fukumaru!We didn’t want to leave him alone in the Room, so it was very helpful that we could bring him to the dining area.As a pet-friendly property, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay, and we were very satisfied.We’d love to visit again someday.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/20/2026Stayed with our dog and baby.Everyone on staff—from the lobby to the greeters—was very pleasant and welcoming. The bath can be reserved for private use anytime if it’s available, but even after checking availability on the in-room tablet, it sometimes showed as “in use” when we arrived. It would be helpful if Reservations could be made from the in-room tablet (for example, automatically canceling them if not used within 5 minutes) to keep things running smoothly. The meals were excellent, with wonderfully flavorful dashi. The male server was also great—young but courteous and professional—and kindly spoke to both our dog and baby. Breakfast was delicious across the board. Everyone ate quietly, and the atmosphere was perfect.
