[Important] Beware of suspicious emails posing as Accommodation Reservations
Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel 1-2-3 Takasaki.
We have recently confirmed phishing scam emails that impersonate communications regarding Accommodation Reservations and request actions such as checking Reservation details or completing payment procedures.
If you click links in suspicious emails or enter personal information such as credit card details or login credentials, your information may be unlawfully obtained.
Please take extra care with the following:
- Do not casually click URLs included in emails or messages you do not recognize.
- Do not enter your credit card number, PIN, password, or other sensitive information.
- Be especially cautious of messages urging immediate action for reasons such as “Cancel the Reservation,” “payment deadline,” or “Check Reservation.”
- If you receive a suspicious email, check your Reservation status directly via our official website or the reservation site, not through links in the email.
- If anything seems suspicious, contact us using the contact details listed on our official website rather than those shown in the email.
We will never ask you via email to access suspicious URLs or to provide more personal information or card details than necessary.
If you have entered information into a suspicious email by mistake, please promptly contact your credit card company and any relevant services.
We apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help prevent fraud.
