Introduction To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we thoroughly implement preventive measures for our staff and maintain strict disinfection and hygiene management in the front desk, lobby, guest rooms, and shared Facilities. We kindly ask guests to wear a mask to help prevent droplet transmission and to cooperate with temperature checks for health screening. 2. Preventive Measures for Staff To ensure guests can stay with peace of mind, we strictly manage staff health and hygiene by implementing the following measures: - Wearing masks: Worn at all times, including when not serving guests. - Temperature checks: If a staff member has a fever of 37.5°C or higher before coming to work, or symptoms such as coughing or fatigue, they will stay home. - Gargling and handwashing: Practiced before starting work, after using the restroom, and before meals. - Thorough disinfection within the building: Careful disinfection throughout guest rooms and regular wipe-down disinfection of shared areas. - Social distancing: Maintained between guests as well as among staff. 3. Requests to Guests - Hand sanitizing upon arrival: Sanitizer is available at the 1st-floor entrance and the 2nd-floor front desk. - Wearing masks: If you do not have one, masks are available at the front desk. - Temperature checks: At check-in, our staff will take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer.
