    My husband’s birthday coincided with a conference in Asahikawa, so we were looking for a Hotel and chose this one after seeing the breakfast photos. The Hotel was clean, and our Room had an origami tulip and a handwritten birthday message card. It made us feel very welcome, and it seems they also accommodated our request for the view—we were given a top-floor Room with a great view. Unfortunately, the pillow had an oily smell, which made my husband wonder if it hadn’t been washed. Also, the breakfast was very different from the photos, and both the menu and variety were disappointing. Parking at AEON was convenient, and the Hotel location is excellent, so I think more guests would come if the breakfast matched the photos.
