Yamanaka Onsen Yubatake no Yado Hanatsubaki
Ishikawa Prefecture/KagaRelax in a traditional Japanese-style Room and enjoy seasonal scenery at the Yubatake while bathing.
A Property where you can enjoy an Onsen that springs from the premises, featuring a variety of baths such as the mixed open-air bath "Yubatake" resembling terraced fields, gender-separated open-air baths, and large communal baths. The pure Japanese-style Rooms offer a spacious and relaxing atmosphere, with some Rooms equipped with cypress wood bathtubs. Guests can also enjoy bathing while admiring the seasonal landscapes. The Property serves kaiseki cuisine made with local brand vegetables "Kaga Vegetables" and fresh fish, and also features a lobby where you can enjoy delicious sake and music.
Located a little beyond Yamanaka Onsen’s Yuge Kaido, this Accommodation sits across from Kayano Osugi, a nationally designated Natural Monument. Camellias were depicted throughout the Accommodation—do camellias bloom here in winter? Bright red camellias against white snow would be beautiful. To reach the Accommodation’s signature Yunobata, you go down a stone staircase, where fresh greenery, a clear stream, and birdsong soothe you and let you fully enjoy nature. From the Room, we also enjoyed the sunrise peeking over the mountains. The meals were wonderful in both presentation and taste; cold dishes were served cold and hot dishes hot, showing thoughtful attention to detail. Surrounded by nature and delicious food, we were able to relax and spend unhurried time. Thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 6/14/2026We booked the breakfast-only Plan, and it was very filling and delicious.Because it was raining, we didn’t visit the famous Yubatake, but overall everything was well maintained and clean, and the staff were very helpful.

Introduction of the Accommodation

The Onsen continuously flowing from the premises can be enjoyed in various baths, such as the mixed-gender open-air bath "Yubatake" resembling terraced fields, separate open-air baths for men and women, and large communal baths.

We have incorporated Ishikawa Prefecture's proud brand vegetables "Kaga Vegetables" and fresh fish caught at local Hashidate and Shioya ports into the banquet using the most suitable cooking methods according to the season and type.

Hanatsubaki is a Ryokan located at the far end of Yamanaka Onsen, by the Shinsen Gorge. Guests can enjoy extraordinary relaxation by listening to the chirping of birds and the murmuring of the stream.
