As part of our commitment to the SDGs and environmental protection,
starting with stays from Tuesday, September 1, 2026,
we will revise our room cleaning schedule and amenity service during Multiple Night Stays as follows.
This initiative aims to reduce our environmental impact.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[Changes]
1) Room cleaning during Multiple Night Stays
- For guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be provided once every three nights.
(Example: For a three-night stay, cleaning will be performed on the third night. No cleaning will be provided on nights one and two.)
- Even on days when cleaning is not provided, we will replace used towels and collect trash daily.

2) Amenity service
- We will no longer place amenities in guest rooms; they will be available in the lobby.
- Please take only what you need from the lobby.

We will continue striving to contribute to a sustainable environment together with our guests.
