I traveled with my mother in her 80s. The staff, the meals, and the baths—everything exceeded our expectations. My mother was very happy too. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and they made sure the meals didn’t repeat, and everything was delicious. If I had one request, since it was a hot summer, I would have appreciated a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to freeze ice packs (it was refrigerator-only).

Known for its skin-smoothing and whitening effects, this Onsen has long been celebrated as a "beauty-enhancing hot spring" with reputed skincare benefits. It features sulfur-sodium-chloride hot spring water (weakly alkaline, hypotonic high-temperature spring).
How about an Onsen workation?
In January 2022, the lobby lounge was renovated. It is a relaxing space equipped with PC desks and meeting tables. Wi-Fi and welcome drinks are also provided.
