The Property, gaining attention as a new container Hotel, features an innovative exterior and compact yet comfortable guest rooms. With the introduction of automated check-in and payment machines, smooth reception is ensured. Tourist information about the surrounding area is also provided to assist with your travel plans. Guest rooms are equipped with Simmons beds and original mattresses, offering a space to relax and recover from your journey. Additionally, the Facility includes a unit bath, massage chair, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and humidifying air purifier. Complimentary breakfast is provided, which can be warmed up using the microwave in your room.

    I often use R9 Hotel in various locations, and I’ve noticed there are different layout patterns—some have parking right in front of the Room, while others have the parking area and Rooms separated into their own sections. This time, unusually, my Room wasn’t raised off the ground but felt more like it was directly on the ground, and maybe because it kept raining... Even though I left the air conditioner on all the time, I still felt like humidity was an issue. There was also mold on the shower curtain, so I hope they can treat it with a mold remover. In Utsunomiya, the parking area and Rooms are separated, but my Room was next to the parking lot, which was very convenient! I’ll use it again!

  • The railway tracks are located right next to the property.

    The room shook frequently as the railway tracks were right next to it. Other R9 rooms were clean, so I chose this one, but the remote control was dusty and greasy, making it dirty.
