The Inn That Makes You Want to Relocate 'Immigre'

Toyama Prefecture/Himi

A Private Accommodation “IMIGRE” Where You Can Enjoy Himi’s Gourmet Cuisine and Spectacular Views

This is a "restaurant with accommodation" by the sea, created solely to genuinely convey the two charms of "food and scenery" of Himi to people all over the world. Himi City in Toyama Prefecture is a small port town blessed with the bounty of both mountains and the Sea of Japan, surrounded by majestic mountains. Himi offers a variety of ingredients, including abundant seafood caught in Toyama Bay and vegetables blessed with famous water. You can enjoy gourmet cuisine using many of these ingredients, which can only be tasted at our facility. All guest rooms offer a view of the majestic Toyama Bay. If you're lucky, you can also see the magnificent 3,000-meter-class mountains of the Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay.

  • The French dinner was very stylish, and the taste was a perfect 10.Breakfast was completely different—Japanese cuisine. The overnight-dried blackthroat seaperch in particular was unbelievably delicious and truly moving. For our family, who all love alcohol, the all-inclusive plan was fantastic. We were happy to be able to enjoy drinks whenever we wanted. This Accommodation doesn’t have an Onsen, but you can receive free tickets for a nearby Onsen. However, since it was summer, going outside to the Onsen left us drenched in sweat. This time, the bath in our Room might have been enough. The Facility was very clean, and the staff were wonderful—an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again!

  • The food was excellent. The service was attentive, and the beautifully presented French cuisine enjoyed while looking out at the sea was truly delicious. In the morning, we were very satisfied with Himi-style fish soup, plump grilled dried blackthroat seaperch, and freshly cooked rice. The all-inclusive plan and amenities were also well provided. Above all, because there are only a few Rooms, it never felt crowded or noisy, and we were able to relax in peace. The ocean-view Room was great as well. We had a very comfortable stay. We also heard that lunch service is available. We would love to visit again.
