Staff members are required to wear masks to ensure the health and safety of both guests and employees. 2. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed on each floor, in dining areas, public baths, etc., within the Facility. 3. Frequent disinfection cleaning is conducted on Facility equipment and furnishings. 4. Regular ventilation is carried out throughout various areas within the Facility. 5. During room cleaning, surfaces that may be touched are thoroughly disinfected. [Efforts for Employees] 1. All employees are required to wear masks. 2. Temperature checks are conducted before work; those with fever or cold symptoms must stay home. 3. Hand disinfection is strictly enforced upon arrival at work and before starting duties. 4. Regular ventilation and disinfection are performed in offices or workspaces. 5. Employees are instructed to refrain from unnecessary outings. [Requests to Guests] 1.Please cooperate with temperature checks and hand sanitization upon arrival at the Hotel. 2.We kindly request that you wear a mask during your stay. 3.Alcohol-based hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the premises; please use them as needed. 4.Long conversations/meetings or eating/drinking in lobbies or lounges is not permitted. 5.Please avoid overcrowding elevators or public baths by maintaining social distancing while using these facilities. 6.If you experience fever, coughing, or other cold-like symptoms during your stay—please inform nearby staff immediately.
