Ichihara In Social Anesaki

The location is unbeatable. Even though it’s a Business Hotel, I was very satisfied with the spacious bath. The building is a bit dated, but overall it’s clean, and the coin laundry has five washing machines and five dryers, which was really helpful. They offer late-night noodles, but I didn’t try them.Breakfast includes ramen in addition to standard items like salad and bread. The curry roux is nicely spiced and very appetizing.

I stayed one night before a golf trip. The building is probably an older, Showa-era property, but it was a wonderful Hotel where you can feel the owner’s care for guests and the staff’s thoughtful ideas throughout. The breakfast, available from 6:00 a.m., includes drinks, vegetables, eggs, sausages, rice, miso soup, plus homemade curry and even morning ramen—clearly prepared with the wish that guests heading out to work or sightseeing leave well fed. Having this much warm food ready before 6:00 a.m. is no small feat. For dinner, they partner with several nearby restaurants to offer great discounts. There also seem to be many long-stay guests for construction work and similar reasons; in addition to multiple washing machines and dryers, there is a wide selection of manga volumes. Helpful information is posted everywhere with great attention to detail for guests’ convenience. It was truly an excellent experience, and I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
