A relaxing retreat surrounded by greenery, your home away from home.

Diamond Hakone Society is located in the heart of Hakone Izu National Park. Experience the natural beauty of Hakone and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. In the large communal bath, you can relax with various options such as a jacuzzi, body shower, and sauna. At the restaurant, enjoy a special Kaiseki meal prepared by the chef with a focus on five tastes and three styles. We hope you can enjoy a leisurely flow of time as your second home.

  • I think it’s outstanding for relieving lower back pain and fatigue. I was traveling by public transportation and usually had to take breaks because of my back pain, but the day after soaking in the Onsen here, I was able to walk all day without any pain. It was very gentle, not strongly scented, and truly a wonderful bath. As for the Facility, it felt a little old. The meals were generous in portion and very delicious. Although the Facility felt a bit dated, I was still able to relax comfortably. In any case, the Onsen was great! I’d like to visit again in winter.

  • We had a very comfortable stay and were very satisfied. The Room was spacious and clean. There is both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, so you can relax at your leisure. It’s close to Owakudani, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. However, it may be inconvenient without a car (it seems they can drive you to the station if you ask at the front desk).
