I stayed here for business. What impressed me most was the warm hospitality of the staff. I also really enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. One suggestion for improvement: as someone who loves an early-morning bath, I would appreciate it if the baths could be open in the early morning.

I stayed at this Hotel I’d been curious about for a while. The parking lot is right in front of the Hotel, so even in light rain I could enter the building without needing an umbrella. The woman who assisted me at check-in was very courteous and explained various details, which raised my expectations for the stay. The Room was a double where the shower booth and toilet are fully visible, which I was a bit worried about, but moving between the sink and toilet felt similar to our counter kitchen at home, so for us as a couple it was actually convenient and comfortable. I used the large public bath; there were plenty of washing stations, the tub was spacious, and the temperature was just right—very relaxing. It’s a little disappointing that one bath is divided by time between men and women, but that may be asking too much. For dinner, since many Reviews mention fried horse mackerel, I tried it—it was piping hot, fluffy, and very delicious. Choosing it was definitely the right call. Breakfast also included eel, tuna, freshly grilled warm dried horse mackerel (himono), etc., and I was very satisfied. The next day we planned to go to Toi via the Izu-Jukan Expressway, but because the roads around the interchange near the Hotel are complicated I wasn’t sure how to enter it. After dinner I asked at reception (a young woman), and with an annoyed expression she told me to exit to the right from the Hotel area then keep left and turn left to enter. Her attitude bothered me, so I checked online in my Room and found that you should enter by turning right—not left—so in the morning I asked a young man at reception who immediately answered “Turn right.” We almost ended up getting onto Tomei Expressway by mistake due to that incorrect guidance. If staff don’t know something when asked by guests, please confirm first and provide accurate information. Because of that point I rated customer service -1; otherwise we were very satisfied overall and would like to visit again when we have another opportunity.
