COVID-19 and Infectious Disease Measures At Hotel Plaza Nanohana, we have implemented measures in line with the guidelines established by the Japan Hotel Association to ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind. We are taking the following actions: Health and Safety Initiatives ・Hand sanitizer is available throughout the Hotel, including at the entrance and in the lobby. ・High-touch areas—such as lobby, front desk, and guest room fixtures and amenities—are regularly disinfected with alcohol-based sanitizer. ・All staff check their temperature before coming to work, practice thorough handwashing, and wear masks. ・Vinyl partitions have been installed at counters such as the front desk to help prevent droplet transmission. ・The Hotel is ventilated regularly. Requests to Guests ・Entry is limited to guests staying overnight and those using our meeting rooms. ・Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or cold-like symptoms are asked not to enter. ・Please wear a mask in shared spaces such as the lobby. ・Please sanitize your hands using the disinfectant provided throughout the Hotel and wash your hands frequently. ・Markers are placed where lines form to help maintain appropriate distancing; please cooperate in keeping social distance. ・Please refrain from visiting if you fall under any of the following: 　　　Those who have had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case 　　　Those whose cohabiting family members or close acquaintances are suspected of being infected 　　　Those who have traveled within the past 14 days to countries/regions subject to government entry restrictions or post-entry observation requirements, or who have had close contact with residents of such areas
