    I always stay at Kiraku when I’m on a business trip to Yamaguchi. The experienced woman at the front desk always greets guests with a warm smile and friendly service, and she even said, “It’s been a while,” which made my stay even more comfortable. I look forward to staying again.

  • Thank you for your continued support.

    I’m satisfied again. Unlike other properties, being able to check in at 3:00 PM lets me relax until then, and I’m especially happy to be able to use the large public bath. The parking lot is spacious and free, and even if you go out once, you can park again when you return. The Room toilet seat is heated, which I really appreciate—this is a rare service for a Business Hotel. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and I always end up eating too much. Lastly, since the amenities are at the front desk, I sometimes forget to bring them up to my Room—this was the only reason I gave 4 stars. I will use it again.

It is available for use throughout the day, except during cleaning hours, and has been highly praised by our guests. The Onsen is effective for conditions such as neuralgia, muscle pain, frozen shoulder, motor paralysis, joint stiffness, bruises, sprains, chronic digestive disorders, hemorrhoids, and sensitivity to cold. Lockers, handrails, and a baby circle in the women's changing room are provided for your convenience. Additionally, a massage chair (15 minutes for 100 yen) is available near the lobby for use after bathing. We offer a variety of amenities, including "horse oil" shampoo and conditioner, as well as various soaps.
