To ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests, we may request your cooperation in certain situations. We kindly ask for your understanding and support. Below are the details of "Avoiding Crowded Spaces" and "Infection Prevention Measures" at Beppu Hosen-so: A. Prevention of Droplet Infection - Staff will wear masks. - Guests are requested to wear masks except during meals whenever possible. - Dining seats will be arranged side-by-side or diagonally across from each other. - The number of people allowed in smoking rooms will be limited. B. Prevention of Contact Infection - Check-in and check-out should be handled by one representative per group. - Staff will avoid direct contact with guests except in emergencies. - Depending on the situation, staff may wear disposable gloves during meal service. - If sufficient distance cannot be maintained between dining seats, meal times will be staggered accordingly. - For group use, bath times should be staggered to avoid congestion. - Bath usage may follow an order based on arrival time as guided during check-in. - Regular cleaning and disinfection will be conducted for dressing rooms, baskets, chairs, etc., in large communal baths. C. Cleaning/Disinfecting High-Touch Areas Shared by Others - Disinfection frequency for items such as hair dryers in large communal baths will increase. - Loaned items must not be returned until check-out after being provided at check-in. - Tables and chairs used after meals or activities will undergo alcohol disinfection. - Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the facility (entrance, front desk area near elevators lobby restaurant). - Non-alcohol disinfectant is available near welcome drink servers; some drinks can also now accommodate takeout options. D.Virus Countermeasures In Air & Floorspace -Ventilation systems operate thoroughly inside facilities including dining venues ensuring airflow circulation remains optimal -Futons bedding arrangements temporarily suspended within guestroom setups -Cough etiquette practices reinforced among both employees alongside visitors alike E.Other Precautions During Reservations Or Day Of Use: -Morning temperature checks required before arriving onsite premises -Isolation protocols enforced if unwell symptoms arise while conducting thermometer readings promptly thereafter upon detection cases suspected illness present nearby vicinity areas involved directly affected parties concerned overall safety precautions taken seriously underlined importance emphasized further detailed instructions given accordingly F.Employee-Specific Protocols: -Handwashing gargling sanitization routines mandatory shifts start end periods ongoing basis monitored closely adherence standards upheld consistently maintained hygiene levels expected workplace environments regulated policies implemented effectively operational guidelines followed strictly compliance ensured
