We offer two types of hot springs: a rare free-flowing natural spring and a gentle large public bath that is kind to the skin. The soft water is ideal for families with small children and solo travelers who want to enjoy a long, relaxing soak. At our open-air rooftop glamping area, take in panoramic mountain views and gaze up at the starry sky for an extraordinary escape that refreshes the soul. Spend your time your way and savor blissful bathing.
Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and we were very satisfied!!The baths are divided into a large public bath and a natural hot spring bath; both were very relaxing, and the kids loved them.We’d love to visit again if we have the chance!

Each dish was carefully prepared, and we were very satisfied with both the portion sizes and the taste.The Onsen was incredibly relaxing, and we loved the irresistible scent of sulfur.We truly felt their thoughtful attention to detail, which made our stay very comfortable. It turned into a really great trip!

The crater lake “Okama,” a symbol of Zao, the famous snow monsters (ice-covered trees), and lakeside walking trails known for their skunk cabbage blooms—this area is full of relaxing spots.
After soaking in the Onsen, you can relax and rest here.
