- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer pumps installed (entrance and counter)
- Disinfection of public Facilities (entrance and counter) and living areas in each accommodation building
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of each accommodation building after check-out
- Disinfectant solution and hand soap provided in each accommodation building
2. Requests for Guest Cooperation
- If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms, muscle aches, fatigue, or similar symptoms before arrival, please refrain from visiting.
- If you have traveled overseas within the past two weeks, please refrain from staying with us due to numerous reported cases.
- Please sanitize your hands upon arrival.
- At check-in, we ask for your cooperation in confirming your temperature and overseas travel history.
- If a fever of 37.5°C or higher or a cough is observed, we may ask you to refrain from staying.
- If you experience any of the above symptoms during your stay, please inform the front desk.
3. Measures for Employees
- Mandatory temperature checks before work; as a rule, employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher are required to stay home
- Frequent handwashing and alcohol disinfection during work hours
- Mandatory mask-wearing during work hours
- To reduce infection risk, business travel is restricted both domestically and internationally; web meetings are used where possible
