Introduction of the Accommodation

Open-air bath

[Onsen] A breathtakingly large-scale bath and two rare natural hot spring sources—an unparalleled soaking experience you can only find here.

■ Share Niseko Konbu Onsen’s greatest sense of openness—together in a mixed-gender bath Our signature “Garden Open-Air Bath” boasts an overwhelming sense of space. (*Bathing wear is provided so you can relax and enjoy with peace of mind.) ■ Enjoy the contrast in color: free-flowing from two private hot spring sources An amber, cloudy mineral-rich bath (Source No. 1) born from the earth, and a pure, crystal-clear beauty bath (Source No. 3). Two highly concentrated sources flow generously into our baths with absolutely no added water or heating. Experience the power of this “living Onsen,” which changes color as it meets the air. ■ Proven by numbers: among The whole country’s most powerful skin-beautifying effects Contains over 250 mg of natural moisturizing “metasilicic acid,” far exceeding common benchmarks for skin-beautifying springs. A silky cleansing effect that helps remove old dead skin cells, plus a moisturizing “pack-like” effect that locks in hydration. These two sources will leave your skin feeling blissfully smooth and supple.

The Onsen at Niseko Grand Hotel is fed directly from the source. It uses two private hot spring sources: the green tea–colored cloudy water from “Well No. 1” and the clear, faintly green water from “Well No. 3.” Both Well No. 1 and Well No. 3 are known as skin-beautifying baths, rich in minerals said to leave your skin moisturized and smooth after bathing. Under Japan’s Hot Spring Law, both are officially classified as “Sodium Chloride Bicarbonate Spring.”
