This is the only Business Hotel near Matsue Castle.From Rooms on the Matsue Castle side, you can see Matsue Castle clearly.This Hotel doesn’t seem to understand how valuable this location is.I reserved a twin Room on the castle side, but the film sheet on the window glass—apparently for reinforcement—was badly worn, and there was mold on it as well, so I couldn’t enjoy the view.It made me feel like the management were feudal lords or government officials.If they changed management, both revenue and guest numbers would likely increase.There were positives too.The female staff member at the front desk was extremely kind.Her smile felt a bit overdone.It was like comedian Natsuko Yokozawa’s smile.I even became curious about what her face looks like when she isn’t serving guests.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 9/8/2026It was very convenient for sightseeing, as attractions such as Matsue Castle and the Lafcadio Hearn Former Residence are within walking distance from the Hotel.Both the Hotel front desk staff and the restaurant staff left a very good impression.The garden was beautiful, and the Room was spacious; we could see Matsue Castle from the window, which was wonderful.The parking lot was also large and easy to park in.I would like to stay here again when I visit Matsue.
