Approximately a 5-minute walk from JR Fukuhoku Yutaka Line "Shin-Iizuka Station." The rapid train between Shin-Iizuka Station and Hakata Station takes about 45 minutes, providing convenient access to Fukuoka City. All Rooms are equipped with Simmons mattresses to ensure a comfortable sleep for our guests. Each Room features individual air conditioning. Additionally, some Rooms have been renovated, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay in newly designed Rooms. The facility also includes a coin laundry and microwave. A supermarket is adjacent to the property, and there are numerous convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for business travelers as well as those on vacation.
The emergency hospital next door meant the sound of ambulance sirens was a bit noticeable, but the Room and service were excellent. Breakfast featured bakery bread, which was affordable, delicious, and very satisfying. However, the Room only had a toothbrush and body sponge as amenities. I initially thought it was simplified, but later noticed additional amenities placed next to the front desk at checkout. A mention during check-in would have been appreciated.

Since I planned to go drinking with a friend from Iizuka after coming from Fukuoka City, the 24-hour access was reassuring! I haven't stayed at a Business Hotel much before, so I wasn't good at using the auto-lock key and ended up going outside unnecessarily to practice unlocking it for fun (haha). There was WiFi available, and the bed was clean. I opted out of breakfast, but there was a bakery on-site where anyone could easily buy freshly baked bread. I bought some to take home—it was delicious!

We offer four types of Rooms: Single Room, Deluxe Single, Twin, and Premium Twin. The interiors have been renovated, featuring adjustable lighting and Duvet-style beds for enhanced comfort. The Premium Twin, the only Room of its kind in our facility, is the most spacious and offers a luxurious experience.
