Hanawa Yugimata Onsen Yuyu Land Hanawa
Fukushima Prefecture/HigashishirakawaRelax and unwind with the rich nature and hidden hot springs.
The charm of our facility lies in the secret hot spring known as the "Rejuvenating Bath" and the abundant nature surrounding it. The alkaline spring sourced from "Hanawa Yukimi Onsen" is a secret hot spring that has been cherished in this area for a long time. It is said to relieve neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. The alkaline spring quality warms you from the core and leaves your skin smooth, earning it the name "Rejuvenating Bath." The facility includes an open-air bath jacuzzi surrounded by nature, a large bath with a sauna, and a "Kenkaido" said to enhance immunity and healing power, making the entire facility a true Onsen paradise. The view from the mountain at an altitude of 540 meters offers enjoyment throughout the seasons, with fresh greenery in spring, cool breezes in summer, autumn leaves, and a star-filled sky in winter. Please enjoy detoxifying your mind and body in the rich greenery and the clear streams of Oku-Kuji.
I was able to make a Reservation just before Golden Week, and it was my first visit. The kaiseki-style sukiyaki dinner was delicious across the board, served promptly, and I appreciated being able to dine calmly in a private room. Breakfast had fewer items, but I could sit by the window and enjoyed the fresh green garden view. It would be even better if the menu changed for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. I was disappointed that about half of the hair dryers in the women’s large public bath were out of order and unusable, and that it’s quite far from the rooms to the bath; otherwise, I was satisfied with the nature-filled location.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 5/27/2026Thank you for everything. The open-air bath was wonderful. The temperature seemed to be carefully managed, so it was just right and very relaxing.Even though the outside air was cold, the open-air bath was perfectly warm—absolutely the best.It seems you have an excellent bath attendant here. The garden was also beautifully maintained, and I was impressed by how well such a large space is cared for.At night, we enjoyed the playful touches like the mysteriously glowing stone circle and the luminous mushrooms placed throughout the property. The ladies at reception and in the dining hall were kind as well. Even though the building is spacious, it wasn’t cold at all and felt very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—especially breakfast, which was perfectly satisfying with nothing lacking or excessive. On our way home, we also got to see Hanawa Town’s hidden spot: the owl on a utility pole.We were extremely satisfied! We’ll definitely come again!
