We take pride in our natural onsen large bath with continuous flow, available for use throughout the night, located near the shores of Lake Suwa. Complimentary breakfast is provided in a buffet style focusing on Japanese cuisine, and all rooms offer internet connectivity. Relax your body and mind in the onsen after a tiring day of work or travel. Additionally, guest rooms equipped with two 160cm wide Simmons beds can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
What stood out to me was the service. The best service came from someone who seemed like the manager. At check-in, when I was talking with my companion about how only smoking Rooms were available, he quietly came over and offered to switch us to non-smoking Rooms, and promptly changed both of our reservations. I really appreciated it. The disappointing part was that when I went out from the Hotel and came back several times, I felt ignored completely, which made me feel a bit sad—though some staff did greet me. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom in particular was spotless. The large public bath Onsen was also excellent. It wasn’t very big, but it felt great. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety, and I ate well.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/13/2026While the building is undeniably old, the interior has been renovated and was clean and comfortable.The reason it wasn’t a perfect score is that I was startled awake by very loud noises, such as doors opening and closing on the same floor and what sounded like someone using the bath on the floor above.The hot spring water quality was excellent!! It would have been perfect if the bath were a bit larger. Although it’s a little far from the station, it’s close to Lake Suwa and in a great location for sightseeing, so I recommend it.
