Just a 2-minute walk from Niigata Station, the area is surrounded by numerous convenience stores and restaurants. The bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away, providing excellent access to Sado Kisen and Toki Messe. All Rooms have renovated bathrooms and are equipped with WiFi. In the lobby, you can enjoy large prints inspired by Niigata's scenery. The rooms are compact and functional, equipped with a writing desk and desk lamp, ideal for desk work.
I stayed here on a business trip, and it was very convenient as it’s close to the station and there are many restaurants nearby. The Room key is a cylinder key that you leave at the front desk. Since there is no auto-lock, you need to be careful when going out. Overall I was satisfied, but there were only three outlets in the Room, and two adjacent ones have a protrusion above them, so larger AC adapters wouldn’t fit. It seems extension cords are available for loan, but I didn’t use one. I would like to stay again.
