  • We had a comfortable stay.

    I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but the front desk staff kindly checked whether a non-smoking Room was available and changed it for me since one was open.Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean,the hotel is close to the station and there’s a convenience store nearby. Sometimes central air conditioning can’t be adjusted and that can be inconvenient,but I could control it in my Room, which made it even more comfortable.If I visit Kumagaya again, I’d like to stay here. Thank you very much.

  • Overall, it was a good accommodation.

    All the necessary amenities were provided, and the shower had strong water pressure with a stable temperature. The breakfast buffet felt a bit limited in variety, but the hearty granola and yogurt were very filling, and I was completely satisfied.
