About Hygiene Measures
Our Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 Thank you very much for your continued patronage. At Fuki-no-Yu, we place the safety of our guests and staff first, and are implementing the following measures to help prevent COVID-19 infection. [Throughout the Accommodation] (1) Thorough Ventilation ・We ventilate thoroughly every day, from after check-out until 2:00 PM. (2) Thorough Hygiene Management ・Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and throughout the facility. ・All employees thoroughly practice handwashing and gargling. ・All employees are encouraged to wear masks at all times, including while providing service. ・A droplet-prevention panel has been installed at the front desk; check-in procedures and payment are handled through this panel. ・We carry out cleaning and disinfection throughout the facility. (3) Temporary Closure of Some Smoking Areas ・Smoking rooms installed due to legal revisions in April 2020 (enclosed smoking areas) are temporarily closed.  *This measure is to avoid contact among unspecified numbers of people.
