[Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19] At Natural Onsen Sauna & Hotel Midorikan, we are collecting information from administrative agencies and will promptly implement measures if instructed. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following measures we are currently implementing: ● Temperature checks will be conducted upon your arrival. ● For the safety and health of our guests, our staff will be wearing masks. ● In the lobby, we are disinfecting the air using a spray of diluted hypochlorous acid solution. ● Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available in the lobby and other areas for guests to use. We kindly ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands and washing them frequently. Additionally, we request your cooperation in bringing and wearing a mask. ● Staff members who are unwell will not be allowed to work. ● Alcohol disinfection is being carried out on facilities such as restrooms, tables, doorknobs, and other items frequently touched by guests. We kindly ask our guests to monitor their temperature and health condition, and if you are feeling unwell, we request that you refrain from using our Facility. To prevent the spread of infection, we may refuse entry to guests who meet the following conditions: - Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher. - Guests with respiratory symptoms such as coughing or difficulty breathing. - Guests experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, or those who are concerned about their health condition are kindly requested to refrain from visiting. - Guests are requested to follow proper "cough etiquette" by covering their mouth with a mask or handkerchief when coughing or sneezing.
