At our Property, we are taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Additionally, we strive to minimize contact between guests and staff. For any inquiries during your stay, we kindly ask that you contact the Hotel front desk by phone as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. [Disinfection Measures] We regularly disinfect areas within the Hotel that are frequently used by guests and staff. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available in the lobby, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in sanitizing your hands. Additionally, we encourage you to gargle and wash your hands during your stay. [Mask Wearing] All staff members are required to wear masks. We also request that guests wear masks outside of their rooms. [Staff Health Management] Staff are instructed to avoid unnecessary and non-urgent outings, including overseas travel. They are also required to practice regular handwashing and gargling. All staff undergo temperature checks upon arrival at work, and those with a fever exceeding 37.5°C are not permitted to work. [Health Check Sheet at Check-In] All guests are required to undergo a temperature check at check-in. If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform us by phone. For long-term Reservations, we may inquire about the purpose of your stay, and we kindly ask for your cooperation. [Accommodation for Guests Infected with COVID-19] As COVID-19 is a designated infectious disease, we strictly prohibit the accommodation of infected individuals. Guests who are confirmed to be infected during their stay will be required to leave the Property immediately. [Room Cleaning During Your Stay] Room cleaning will be conducted once every three nights. For stays of up to three nights, room cleaning will not be provided. Towels and amenities will be delivered to your door. *For guests who are unwell (e.g., fever, cough) or those who have recently returned from overseas or are visiting Japan and have a Multiple Night Stay, room cleaning will be suspended. *Please note that the above measures are subject to change in accordance with policies set forth by the Japanese government and related organizations.
