Maruha Shokudo began in Showa 25 with the fresh fish peddling business run by its founder, "Aikawa Ume." Later, they opened a fish shop and, with the desire to "bring joy to everyone," ventured into restaurants and Ryokan, establishing the current "Maruha Shokudo." With Aikawa Ume's words, "Today too, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude until the day ends," in mind, we prepare Maruha's proud dishes, fresh and plentiful, awaiting your visit.
Over 1 million servings provided annually! The traditional "Fried Shrimp" is crafted using a secret broth and method passed down through generations. Our chefs at Maruha Restaurant carefully coat each piece. Enjoy the hot and fresh traditional taste of Maruha Restaurant.
