  • It was very good.

    Both the lobby and the Room were very clean and pleasant.There wasn’t any particular fragrance, but it still felt fresh and clean.From check-in to check-out, all the staff were consistently courteous.While I was checking out, they even pressed the elevator button for me in advance, and when I asked about the bus to the airport, they explained everything very kindly.This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at whenever I visit Aomori.

  • Excellent value for money

    Since we couldn’t find availability anywhere during the three-day weekend, this was our first stay here. The Reviews didn’t seem very good, so we were a bit worried, but it was conveniently located in town and we could walk everywhere. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The Room was small but clean. The sink had a crack, but it didn’t cause any problems for use. We would consider staying again if we have the chance.
