A 2-minute walk from Fuchu Station, this city Hotel features its own farm, "Tohoku Farm," located in Aomori Prefecture. The farm specializes in thoroughbred horse breeding and raising, as well as sustainable agriculture using compost, producing completely pesticide-free vegetables, herbs, wild plants, and branded eggs. These fresh ingredients can be enjoyed at the three in-house restaurants. Savor seasonal dishes crafted by the head chefs of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines, along with the executive chef, at our in-house restaurants. The Hotel consists of two buildings, the main building and the new annex, offering a total of 117 guest rooms. Each room is equipped with a luxury line bed from France Bed. Experience premium comfort with the 30cm-thick wool mattress, providing a soft and high-quality sleeping experience.
I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/9/2026Our family of three stayed one night in a triple Room in the new wing. Our main purpose was the Tohoku Farm dinner and breakfast buffet. After seeing it introduced by a YouTuber, we had wanted to visit for two years, and this time we finally made it happen. All of us love vegetables and wild mountain plants, and we even buy unusual vegetables ourselves to cook at home, but we were blown away by the variety of ingredients here—along with the cooking methods, flavors, nutritional value, and health benefits—which far exceeded anything we expected. The rice topped with raw egg using blue eggs was also unforgettable. The desserts were amazing too, and there was a wide selection of herbal teas; we enjoyed so many healthy options until we were completely full—we wished we had two or three stomachs. We were tempted by the lunch buffet after checkout as well, but had to pass this time. We also wanted to try the Chinese restaurant in the main building, and would love to return again in autumn. The Room was comfortable and we slept well; you could tell care had been put into details like the shampoo amenities and hair dryer too. All staff were friendly and pleasant—overall, it was two wonderful days with nothing to complain about. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We will visit again.

Introduction of the Accommodation
A 2-minute walk from Fuchu Station. This is a city Hotel with a directly managed farm, "Tohoku Ranch," in Aomori Prefecture. Enjoy ingredients such as completely pesticide-free vegetables, herbs, wild plants, and branded eggs cultivated through circular agriculture using compost from thoroughbred production and breeding. Savor seasonal dishes crafted by the Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine chefs and the executive chef at the three in-house restaurants.
Located in Shichinohe-Towada, Aomori Prefecture, "Tohoku Farm" was established in 1917 (Taisho 6) as a thoroughbred production, training, and breeding farm. Since then, it has been engaged in sustainable agriculture utilizing compost from thoroughbreds. Out of its total area of approximately 100 hectares, about 10 hectares are dedicated to cultivating vegetables and herbs without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and the farm is also challenging itself with pesticide-free and chemical-free rice cultivation. Additionally, the poultry farm produces branded eggs, "Aodama" and "Akadama," with about 800 chickens being raised. Since no chemicals are used in the soil, wild vegetables and herbs naturally growing on the premises are also harvested. Throughout the seasons, about 100 types of ingredients are directly delivered to the Hotel, emphasizing coexistence with nature and making the most of its abundant natural blessings.
At "Japanese Buffet Tohoku Farm," you can enjoy a creative Japanese buffet featuring ingredients directly sourced from Tohoku Farm. Savor seasonal ingredients from Tohoku Farm with daily-changing side dishes, creative small plates, rice topped with premium eggs from the farm, and live cooking stations. Experience the rich flavors and aromas of Tohoku Farm's fresh produce.
Tohoku Farm's branded eggs are harvested at Tohoku Farm. These are free-range fertilized eggs, and the main feed, corn, is also cultivated on the farm without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Using these carefully selected eggs, we prepare French toast and scrambled eggs live during the breakfast buffet. Experience the fluffy texture and the gentle taste of the eggs.
The afternoon tea at the hotel's Colt restaurant features desserts made with an abundance of fresh wild herbs from the directly managed "Tohoku Farm," a popular menu that changes with the seasons.
