However, if assistance is needed, please inform our hotel staff. 【Shuttle Bus & Shuttle Service】 - Regular shuttle bus service between the hotel and station is suspended; it will be available upon prior reservation or request. - A protective barrier has been installed between passengers and the driver in shuttle vehicles to prevent droplet transmission. - Temperature checks will be conducted before boarding; guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to board and will be transported to a medical facility by a separate vehicle provided by the hotel. Additionally, guests are required to wear masks and sanitize their hands before boarding. - After each use, shuttle vehicles will be ventilated thoroughly by opening doors and windows. 【Check-In】 - Protective shields have been installed at the front desk for mutual prevention of droplet transmission. - Guests are required to fill out a "COVID-19 Prevention Confirmation Sheet" during check-in for health monitoring purposes. - Bell service is unavailable; directions within the facility will be provided using maps. - Please maintain social distancing while waiting at or near the check-in counter. - Front desk staff and drivers wear masks as well as cloth or vinyl gloves. 【Elevators】 Each elevator is limited to one group per ride, with alcohol-based sanitizers placed in elevator halls on each floor. 【Public Bath】 - Changing baskets have been reduced in number according to available washing stations, with entry limits enforced accordingly. - Social distancing must also be maintained in powder rooms. - Items within changing areas are disinfected every hour. - Sauna usage is limited to three people at a time while maintaining social distance. 【Rooms】 - Bedding arrangements can either be handled by hotel staff during check-in or done personally by guests based on preference. - Amenities are provided according to guest numbers;
