No Cancellation Fee will be charged by our Hotel. ● Temperature checks will be conducted at check-in. ● Guests are required to wear masks when visiting the Hotel. ● Alcohol-based sanitizers are available at the entrance; please use them upon entry. ● To avoid congestion during check-in, you may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle upon arrival. ● Please provide accurate information on the accommodation register as required by Article 6 of the Ryokan Business Act. ● To minimize staff entry into guest Rooms, futons will be prepared prior to check-in. ● Meals will not be served buffet-style but as set menus instead. ● Please avoid using public transportation whenever possible when visiting us. **Hotel Measures** ● Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the lobby and on each floor for use by guests. ● In addition to regular cleaning routines, we conduct periodic disinfection for enhanced hygiene. ● All staff members wear masks and practice thorough handwashing and gargling. ● Daily temperature checks and health monitoring are conducted for all employees before starting work. ● To prevent further spread of infection, we limit close-contact interactions with guests wherever possible.
