Renowned among Onsen enthusiasts as the “ultimate beauty bath,” this is a premium Onsen for radiant, silky-smooth skin. Enjoy to your heart’s content the rich, velvety “silky and slippery” feel—like soaking in a moisturizing serum infused with collagen and hyaluronic acid.
With a chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant in Gion as our advisor, we created our “Onsen Creative Cuisine” together with chefs trained at renowned Japanese restaurants. We are dedicated to bringing together beauty, health, and great taste. Using steam from the natural hot spring source to draw out the ingredients’ natural flavors, we offer a body-friendly menu featuring seasonal specialties from Oita.
Toyamaso, home to resident cats, offers two accommodation buildings: the Main Building and the Annex. Both feature Japanese-style Rooms. The Main Building is equipped with open-air baths in each guest Room, allowing you to enjoy our Onsen anytime, as many times as you like. The Annex offers simple, reasonably priced Rooms and is also popular with families traveling with small children.
Guests staying at Toyamaso can use the private open-air bath, private family bath, and large public bath free of charge. There is also an Onsen available 24 hours a day, as many times as you like. Enjoy the silky-smooth “beauty” Onsen to your heart’s content.
