I had a very pleasant stay.All of the staff were extremely courteous, and the restaurant team in particular was attentive to each guest and kindly took care of us.Not only the room but also the hallways and other areas throughout the property were well maintained and spotlessly clean.Thanks to the warm hospitality and comfortable environment, I was able to relax and enjoy my time here. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We were very satisfied with the Onsen, the meals, and the Room, but above all, the warm hospitality of the staff truly put us at ease. The calm atmosphere of Owani Onsen was wonderful, and we would love to return once more before the snowy season begins.
