○ At check-in, we inquire about the health condition and recent transit points of guests arriving from overseas. ○ Guests who have visited regions or countries with widespread infections within the past 14 days are requested to stay in their rooms for a certain period. ○ Guestroom cleaning includes thorough ventilation, cleaning, and disinfection of doorknobs, toilet seats, etc. ○ Hand sanitizers are provided in guest rooms. ○ Guests are guided and lined up while maintaining appropriate distances from each other. ○ For guests with a Multiple Night Stay, we do not provide room cleaning services. (Towels and amenities will be provided in advance.) ○ During payment, cash and card transactions are handled using a cash tray, and items like pens are disinfected. ○ Guests are requested to use hand sanitizers. Public Spaces ○ [Avoiding Enclosed Spaces] Ventilation is conducted to meet the recommended air exchange rate (30 square meters per person per hour) by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ○ Air purifiers are installed in public spaces such as the lobby. ○ [Avoiding Close Contact and Crowding] Elevator capacity is limited. ○ Regular disinfection of frequently touched areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators. ○ Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the facility. To protect our guests from infectious diseases, we use "ethanol-based" or "sodium hypochlorite-based" disinfectants to thoroughly clean and disinfect the following frequently touched areas: doorknobs, various switches (lighting, elevator, air conditioning, toilet), TV remotes, tables, chairs, sofas, menus, cushions, toilet seats, sink faucets, etc.
