On my first trip to Matsumoto, I was grateful to be welcomed with a smile. They also stored my luggage for me in the early afternoon. The Room and bath were well cleaned and comfortable. The shampoo, hand soap, etc. were POLA products. The TV was fairly large for the Room, and I enjoyed watching the Hanshin vs Yakult game. However, once I turned off the TV and it got quiet, I could clearly hear the neighboring guest’s voice—perhaps the walls are thin. That was a bit disappointing, but I was tired and fell asleep quickly, so it wasn’t a problem for me.
