The Hotel is a 10-minute drive from Atami Station, located on a quiet mountainside surrounded by bamboo groves. There is a free parking lot for 80 cars in front of the Hotel, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Izu and Atami by car. Dinner features a family buffet with 30 varieties, including all-you-can-drink alcohol and soft drinks, offering great value for money. The Rooms are all Western-style with a bath, shower toilet, and Wi-Fi, available in three types for 2, 3, or 4 guests. The open-air bath is a beautifying hot spring rich in metasilicic acid. The popular private bath, perfect for families or couples, is available for 45 minutes at 700 yen.
I arrived a little early and waited in the lobby. I was happy to receive a welcome drink and ice cream ahead of time. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was also a group from overseas staying at the same time, so I thought it might get a bit noisy, but they ate quietly. It was truly a relaxing trip for the first time in a while. I would like to stay again.

The Facility is old, but it is well cleaned and feels very tidy. The dining room also has a great atmosphere.Access can be a bit difficult without a car, but although this is Atami—a place you associate with the sea—the property is in an area that makes you forget about the ocean, which we actually enjoyed.

The private bath surrounded by trees in the mountains is exceptional. Enjoy a private time with your family, partner, or spouse. <Reservation> starts at <11:00 AM> on the day of your stay. It can be very difficult to secure a reservation for the private bath on Saturdays or during consecutive holidays. If you absolutely want to use the private bath, we recommend making a Reservation at 11:00 AM on the day of your stay. (On busy days, all slots may be filled within 15 to 20 minutes after the Reservation starts at 11:00 AM.)
Large trucks are welcome! Free parking for 80 vehicles available.
Our hotel is located in a mountain area above Kinomiya Shrine and features a spacious free parking lot right in front of the hotel, ensuring a worry-free travel experience by car. Those coming to Atami for work with large trucks also frequently use it on weekdays.
Guests arriving by train can take the circular bus from Atami Station to the Hotel.
From bus stop No. 2 at the Atami Station bus rotary, take the "Sasarakadai Circular Bus" to the "Hotel Pipe no Kemuri Mae" bus stop, which takes about 20 minutes. (Approximately 260 yen to the Hotel) The "Sasarakadai Circular Bus," operated by Izu Hakone Bus, allows you to enjoy sightseeing as it stops at various attractions such as Omiyanomatsu, Sun Beach, Atami Ginza, Shinsui Park, Kiunkaku, and Kinomiya Shrine before reaching "Hotel Pipe no Kemuri Mae."
