Located in the heart of Hakone, Gora. This onsen area has developed since the 8th year of the Taisho era with the opening of the Hakone Tozan Railway. "Tsumugi-TSUMUGI-" is situated here, offering a cozy property to experience an extraordinary stay.
The pride of TSUMUGI lies in its spacious Rooms offering breathtaking views from one of the highest altitudes in Hakone. Enjoy a relaxing space of over 12 tatami mats (including a wide veranda) in every Room. (Renovated in autumn 2018)
We wholeheartedly offer TSUMUGI's original creative cuisine, crafted using carefully selected seasonal ingredients by our Kyoto-born owner-chef.
TSUMUGI's natural Onsen is a milky white (acidic-sulfate spring) 100% free-flowing Onsen sourced from Owakudani.
