Made generously with locally caught Kasumi crab, it is finished with Kasumi rice ideal for sushi and delicious local water. Premium crab nurtured by the Sea of Japan, luxuriously served as hand-picked meat. Skilled artisans carefully pick the crab by hand without sparing time or effort, selecting the most flavorful parts and arranging them beautifully. With each bite, you can enjoy the delicate sweetness of crab that gently melts apart, along with a sea aroma that lingers through your nose.
