Even without adding breakfast, you can enjoy a free breakfast: two pieces of bread, one boiled egg, one banana, and coffee. The nearest station is Fushimi Station, and it’s also convenient—just one stop to Nagoya Station. I couldn’t find any particular drawbacks, so I give it five stars.
