    About 30 years ago, this lake gained recognition as a mecca for smallmouth bass, and lure fishing was officially permitted.

    Smallmouth fishing—often compared to the fight of red sea bream—quickly became a major trend.

    The lake once hosted bass fishing tournaments and was highly popular, but after remarks by a certain governor regarding invasive species, the number of bass anglers rapidly declined.
    Today, rental boats are available, and you can choose your preferred boat type.
