La Classe Sumida is a touchless Facility limited to four groups per day, offering a "travel as if living" experience, just like your second house. The building is an apartment-style Hotel nestled in a nostalgic downtown area once called Honjo, near Asakusa. It is located approximately a 4-minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Station and Oshiage Station. The Tokyo Skytree towers nearby, offering an up-close and impressive view. You can also explore Asakusa, Ryogoku, and Fukagawa on foot, making it an ideal location for a "downtown trip" to experience the charm of Edo. This area blends the cutting-edge landmark Tokyo Skytree and the commercial Facility Tokyo Solamachi with the nostalgic downtown atmosphere loved by novelist Nagai Kafu in places like Asakusa and Ryogoku. It is a slightly mysterious city that stirs your senses, serving as a new cultural hub in Japan where travelers from around the world gather. This building allows you to imagine yourself living in such a unique city. Each Room occupies an entire floor, and the shared space is limited to the staircase, with no front desk. You will rarely encounter Hotel staff or other guests, ensuring your privacy. There are four unique Rooms: 1F: YUI, 2F: KEI, 3F: RIN, and 4F: SORA. From the skylight of 4F: SORA, you can enjoy a view of the Tokyo Skytree, framed as if in a photo frame. Each Room is equipped with a mini kitchen and a drum-type washing machine (except for 1F), making long-term stays possible. We hope you will use this as your second house.
Our family of four stayed for two nights. It was great that both Tokyo Skytree and the station were nearby. There’s also a FamilyMart just around the corner. With a washing machine available, we could relax and feel at home—it was wonderful. It would be even better if there were a clothesline or drying rope for laundry. Also, we noticed some hair on the floor and picked it up with tissues before leaving, so it would have been helpful to have a lint roller or a quick floor wiper. Still, it was truly comfortable, and we would stay again!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/2/2026It was farther from the station than I expected, but since it’s in a quiet residential area, I was able to relax.It’s laid out like a studio apartment—small, but more than enough space for one person.The bed was extremely comfortable.The bathroom drainage wasn’t great…When I took a shower, the water kept pooling up, which felt a bit unpleasant.
